Project Description
This custom villa, covering over 6,500 square feet, is located in a high-end suburb of Sacramento. The project required a door and window system that balances aesthetics and high performance to withstand Sacramento’s hot, dry summers and cool nights.
We provided 76-series and 66-series fixed windows with double-sided decorative grilles, 76-series thermal break casement windows, 70-series high-insulation casement doors, custom wrought iron entry doors, and frameless shower enclosures.
All systems adopt 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles with 1.6mm wall thickness, thermal break design, and triple-glazed double Low-E glass, fully complying with California Title 24 energy standards.
