Challenge
The existing building entrance was constrained by heritage overlay requirements. Our design team worked with Westminster planners to achieve approval for a contemporary entrance within a Grade II listed facade.
Solution
A concealed steel-core door with period-appropriate mahogany veneer and heritage brass hardware achieved RC3 security while satisfying planning constraints.
