A Belle Époque villa in Cap Ferrat required entrance renovation that would preserve the historic character while upgrading security and thermal performance for year-round use.
Restoration
The original 1905 entrance doors were carefully removed, documented, and used as templates for new steel-core doors with hand-carved walnut veneer matching the original panel configuration.
Performance Upgrade
The new doors achieve Uw 0.9 W/m²K and RC4 security—a dramatic improvement from the original single-pane wood doors.
